Raw Material and Mass Testing
• Testing of raw materials and mass formulations that can be processed with ECT-KEMA machines.

Feasibility Tests
• Trialing new products and processes in the fields of structural, fine, and technical ceramics as well as the chemical industry.
• Optimization of mass recipes and kneading curve analyses.

Determination of Rheological Data and Simulation
• Rheological characterization of plastic masses using the laboratory measuring extruder, as well as extruder design based on an Extruder Simulation Model (ESM).

Tests
• Mixing, extrusion, and drying tests on a semi-industrial scale in the pilot plant.

Mass and Raw Material Analyses
