Extrusion of Solid and Hollow Billets

PVP series machines from ECT-KEMA GmbH are used worldwide for the extrusion of ceramic billets. In both concept and engineering detail, these combined vacuum extrusion units set benchmarks in terms of energy-efficient drive systems, high-performance materials for extrusion channels and auxiliary equipment, precise monitoring of operating parameters, as well as excellent accessibility and ease of cleaning.

Each system consists of the extrusion unit and a perfectly matched pre-compression unit, connected by a spacious vacuum chamber equipped with large inspection windows.
